Laulupidu is quite beyond what you can imagine. Hearing or reading about a ‘song and dance festival’ is one thing. The sheer majesty and scale, and the powerful outpouring of joy, will astonish. Music, dance, culture, digital government and social impact, meeting with government leaders, culinary delights, every city view a picturesque postcard; this trip checks all of these boxes. And most of all the fellowship and conservation of the people you will meet makes for an experience of a lifetime. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How thrilled we have been to be present for the marvelous performances at the Laulupidu and the Tantsupidu of both 2014 and 2019. We, trained choral singers, along with our musical family members thoroughly enjoyed all the performances in each venue. To see thousands of dancers stepping to Estonian music is thrilling. To hear thousands of singers performing new and traditional music has provided new appreciation of the power of many well trained voices singing their hearts out. Both of these events have impressed us with this most meaningful expression of the patriotism of the cumulative hundreds of thousands of performers and citizens in the audiences. These are most moving occasions. We look forward to the 2025 Laulupidu and Tantsupidu! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We made our first trip to Estonia in 2019 for the Estonian Song Festival \u2013 Laulupidu \u2013 and the accompanying dance festival. Laulupidu is one of the largest choral events in the world. But this impressive statistic undersells the event. Imagine tens of thousands of singers and dancers of all ages coming together to celebrate freedom and life itself.  Imagine hundreds of thousands of spectators participating in the music. Imagine a crowd radiant, transported by beautiful music, fellowship, and fine summer weather.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stop imagining and join in for Laulupidu 2025!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
